Norman Carney
(Class of 1948)
Norman Carney played on the Varsity for all four years at Tech. He was a 3-year starter at Center. In 1947, his Senior year, he was named as Team Co-Captain, and helped to bring the team to an undefeated season winning the City Championship. He was also selected to the Brooklyn Eagles 1st Team All Stars. After Graduating Tech Norman attended the Admiral Farragut Naval Academy Prep where he again excelled in football.
